Urologist Opportunity in Academic Healthcare

The Alfred Health is a leader in healthcare delivery, improvement, research and education. We are the main provider of health services to people living in the inner southeast suburbs of Melbourne, from ambulatory to inpatient and home and community-based services.
This position is in the Urology Department at The Alfred Hospital, commencing in 2027.
Our urologists perform a full range of surgeries including robotic surgery, open cancer cases, laparoscopy, endoscopy, reconstruction and general surgery. High volumes of surgery are performed with excellent consultant support.
Candidates who have completed their training in Urology or are in the final stages of their training are suited for this position.
- Perform high-volume urological surgery, including robotic surgery, open cancer cases, laparoscopy, endoscopy, reconstruction and general surgery.
- Work in a well-renowned teaching hospital with an excellent consultant support team.
- Collaborate with experienced professionals to provide exceptional patient care.
- Participate in continuing professional development opportunities to stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in the field.
