Corporate Partnerships Expert

The role of Corporate Partnerships Expert involves developing and growing partnerships across Western Australia to reduce the impact of heart disease through research, prevention, and support.

  • Develop a partnership strategy and annual business plan to drive the acquisition, retention, and growth of WA-based corporate partners.
  • Research and target organisations aligned with our mission and develop compelling proposals, presentations, and tailored business cases for support.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive the acquisition, retention, and growth of WA-based corporate partners by researching and targeting organisations aligned with our mission.
  • Develop and implement a WA-specific partnership strategy and annual business plan to meet organisational goals.
  • Lead local engagement events to strengthen relationships with existing and prospective partners.
  • Forecast revenue, track pipeline activity, and provide monthly performance reports to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with national teams to ensure an aligned strategy and consistent partnership delivery.
  • Support negotiations and secure long-term, high-value commitments from partners.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in corporate partnerships, sponsorship, or B2B relationship management is essential.
  • A solid understanding of CSR, cause marketing, and fundraising principles is necessary.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are required for effective proposal writing and presentations.
  • Confidence in networking, negotiating, and building trust with senior stakeholders is crucial.
  • High-level organisational skills and attention to detail are necessary for successful partnership management.
  • Experience with forecasting, reporting, and CRM or pipeline management is beneficial.
  • A collaborative approach with the ability to work cross-functionally is vital.
  • Passion for community health and driving meaningful outcomes is essential.
  • Flexibility to attend occasional after-hours events or meetings and travel as required.
