Role OverviewThis role is responsible for supporting the development and implementation of corporate affairs and stakeholder engagement strategies. The successful candidate will build trust, enhance reputation, and inspire advocacy for the organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the development of corporate affairs strategies that enhance the organization's reputation and influence.
- Contribute to the analysis of policy issues and their impact on the organization.
- Track performance metrics and support planning aligned to key priorities and campaigns.
- Develop public policy positions and respond to government inquiries across a portfolio of issues.
- Build and maintain relationships with regulators, government agencies, industry associations, media outlets, and community organizations.
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication capability.
- Discretion and maturity in dealing with sensitive issues.
- Commercial acumen to discern potential impacts of policy changes on the business.
- Experience in the day-to-day management of policy issues.
- Excellent planning and delivery skills.
- Tertiary degree with excellent results in economics, law, political science or other relevant discipline.
