We are seeking an experienced Category Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Category Manager at Middy's, you will be responsible for building strategic relationships with Supplier Partners, negotiating commercial terms, and driving operational growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage strong partnerships with Suppliers to drive business growth.
- Negotiate best-in-class commercial terms to maintain competitiveness.
- Conduct regular reviews with Suppliers to ensure performance and alignment with objectives.
- Collaborate with operations to support margin growth across the supplier base.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to maintain smooth operations.
- Provide accurate and regular sales and margin reporting for key Suppliers.
- Support staff development to enhance team capabilities.
