Content Creator and Community Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our marketing team as a Social Media Specialist.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, and possess 2+ years of experience managing social media for brands. They must also have strong content creation skills and a substantial understanding of social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube) and content creation tools.
Key responsibilities include developing and implementing our social media strategy across various channels, leading the community management of our social media channels, and running and optimising paid amplification campaigns to increase reach and video engagement.
The successful candidate will be proficient in using social media management tools such as Sprout Social, Hootsuite, or Brandwatch, and have a creative mindset with an eye for detail and design. They must also be able to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
In addition to technical skills, we are looking for someone who is passionate about staying ahead of digital trends and eager to learn and grow in the field of social media marketing. You will have the ability to use data and insights to inform creative content direction, as well as maintain strong attention to detail.
