We are seeking a skilled Health and Wellbeing Professional to join our team, based at our premium villages in Brisbane.

The Role:

  1. Assist with the planning and delivery of high-quality, Health and Wellbeing initiatives within our independent living villages
  2. Evaluate initiatives and activities against customer key performance indicators (KPI's)
  3. Compile, analyse, evaluate, and present data on the health and wellbeing program for reporting and continuous improvement
  4. Develop relationships with Home Care and Community care providers, Aged Care and Allied Health professionals
  5. Provide exceptional customer service to our residents and demonstrate your initiative in promoting our Health and Wellbeing program

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • A degree qualification in Allied health / Health Promotion / Science; OR
  • A Diploma or Certificate IV in Leisure & Lifestyle or Community Services
  • Current registration applicable to Allied Health qualifications
  • Highly developed communication skills, high degree of emotional empathy, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills
  • Experience working with seniors and/or passion for this area
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively work within a complex multidisciplinary team environment and able to work autonomously
