Job Title: Landscape Labourers And Team Leader

We are seeking skilled landscape labourers and a team leader to join our team.

Job Description:

Our ideal candidate will have experience in landscaping, with skills in site preparation, waste removal, digging, mulching, planting, laying rock, pavers, and general soft landscaping. They will also have the ability to assist with hardscaping projects.

The successful applicant will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks, including mowing, edging, hedging, detailing, greenwaste removal, weed treatment, and irrigation.

In addition to their technical skills, our ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A strong understanding of landscaping principles and practices
  • Experience in operating equipment such as lawn mowers, edgers, and pruning saws
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
  • Physical fitness and stamina to perform manual labor

A valid White Card is a requirement for this position.

Benefits:
  • Fair pay rates: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
  • Competitive hourly rate based on skill level and experience
  • Overtime opportunities available
Working Conditions:

This is a full-time or part-time permanent role with regular working hours and overtime opportunities. The successful applicant will be required to work 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday, with some flexibility to accommodate changing workload demands.

Work location: In-person, with occasional off-site visits.
