Occupational Therapist Specialist

We are seeking a talented Occupational Therapist to join our team at Ability Action Australia. As a leading national provider of therapeutic, positive behaviour and employment supports, we work with individuals to understand their needs and barriers, then develop an action plan that supports them to build capacity and maximise independence.
Salary and BenefitsThe successful candidate will receive a guaranteed salary of $86,400 including superannuation. Additionally, you will be eligible for travel reimbursement, an external PD allowance up to $1,500/year, multiple performance-based incentive programs, a laptop and smartphone, a quality clinical toolkit, professional indemnity insurance, access to salary packaging, including novated leasing, and exclusive discounts on travel, health insurance and gym membership.
Job DescriptionAs an Occupational Therapist with Ability Action Australia, you will work in a supportive environment with a dedicated team committed to your success. You will have the opportunity to accelerate your learning and development through our 12-month ActionPacked Graduate Program, which includes:
- An immersive 6-week induction program
- Monthly clinical workshops and personal growth sessions
- A team committed to your success, including weekly 1:1 supervision, an experienced buddy, clinical mentors, group supervision, and fortnightly training
- NDIS support, including help with building knowledge, simplifying the process, and mastering report writing
- Flexibility to choose where you work, from home or in one of our accessible clinics
