Early Years Educator Opportunity

This role offers the chance to make a lasting impact in the early years inclusion space by guiding and uplifting Early Childhood Teachers across the Wimmera and Southern Mallee. The successful candidate will be a passionate educator or early intervention specialist with EC teaching qualifications, ready to lead with heart and help others grow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement high-quality, inclusive early childhood education and care programs in 3 and 4-year-old kindergartens.
  • Support family-centred Early Learning practices in the community.
  • Guide and uplift Early Childhood Teachers across the Wimmera and Southern Mallee.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Teaching (Early Childhood) or equivalent qualification.
  • Current Victorian driver licence.
