We are seeking an Administrative Support Professional to provide essential front-of-house and operational support at our Shepparton and Seymour Service Centres.
Key Responsibilities:- Performing a range of administrative tasks including procurement, accounts payable/receivable, and purchasing
- Coordinating client and visitor movements relevant to the locations
- Coordinating travel and accommodation arrangements for staff
Requirements:
- Experience within an administrative capacity and reception experience would be advantageous
- Well-developed computer literacy
- Assisting clients to navigate the linkages between the department's range of services
The Department provides compliance, enforcement, and regulatory services to the community. Our Region delivers a range of services through Service Centres located in various locations.
Our Team:Our Corporate Services Business unit is responsible for providing corporate support functions including human resources, finance and procurement, planning and reporting, fleet and facilities management, risk management, workforce development and general administration.
