We are seeking a Commercial Manager with strong leadership skills to drive the growth of our insurance business.

About the Role:
  • Lead strategy and development of commercial initiatives to expand our presence in the market.
  • BUILD and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including employers, trustees, and health providers.
  • Develop and implement operational improvements across underwriting, claims, and operations to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Oversee technology roadmap and data platform to ensure seamless integration and effective decision-making.
  • Manage reinsurance arrangements and risk appetite to ensure alignment with company goals.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Drive business growth through effective commercial strategies and partnerships.
  2. Lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement operational improvements.
  3. Collaborate with technology teams to shape digital roadmaps and deliver customer-focused solutions.
  4. Ensure compliance with risk appetite and governance frameworks.
About You:

You will be an accomplished leader with expertise in commercial strategy, partnership building, and operational transformation. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to effectively engage with stakeholders and drive results.

  • Strong leadership experience in commercial strategy and insurance or financial services.
  • Ability to build and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders.
  • Experience in driving operational transformation and continuous improvement programs.
  • Knowledge of reinsurance arrangements and risk appetite and compliance frameworks.
