About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and strengthening relationships with valued clients, communicating effectively, conducting routine inspections, and performing final inspections.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Communicate efficiently
  • Conduct 20% of routine inspections
  • Perform final inspections

What We Offer

To enable you to focus on building relationships, we manage most administrative tasks, including entry condition reports, routine inspections, administration, VCAT processes, and open-for-inspections activities.

Requirements:

  • Agents Representative Certificate
  • Minimum 2-3 years of property management experience
