Job Title: Project Officer

The role of Project Officer is to oversee the management of electoral projects, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of election-related activities. The successful candidate will have experience in project management, team leadership, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate electoral projects, including enrolment related activities and quality assurance checking;
  • Supervise and mentor staff, providing coaching and guidance as required;
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including team members, key personnel, and external partners;
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to achieve shared goals and objectives;

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in project management, team leadership, and stakeholder engagement;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build relationships and negotiate outcomes;
  • Ability to work independently and remotely from manager on occasion;
  • High level of integrity and motivation, with ability to make evidence-based decisions;
  • Resilient and positive attitude, with ability to respond and adapt to changing operational environments;

Eligibility:

  • Ability to consent to undergo a character clearance;
