Dental Care Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Dental Care Specialist. As a key member of our practice, you will provide exceptional patient care and support to our dentists.

  • Meet and greet patients, providing a great first impression
  • Book and amend appointments, answering the phone, updating patient records
  • Handle payments
  • Maintain excellent customer service standards and contribute to a positive work environment
  • Prepare patients and facilities for dental treatment
  • Deliver quality chairside assistance to our Dentists
  • Provide instrument sterilization
  • Maintain infection control standards and procedures

You'll be an ideal candidate if you have:

  • A minimum 1+ years' experience in a similar role
  • Ability to travel between locations
  • Certificate III or IV in Dental Assisting highly regarded
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Patient-focused approach with attention to detail
  • Ability to build rapport with patients in a friendly and approachable manner
