Job Description

Our team is seeking a skilled professional to join our Audit Services APAC department. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing internal audit engagements, including planning, developing the audit scope, maintaining budgets and timeframes, preparing reports, and ensuring that all audit requirements are met.

You will work closely with the Head of Audit Services, APAC, and the Director, Global IT Audit, to provide input on operational efficiency and enhance the design or operating effectiveness of the internal control environment. You will also be responsible for providing technical expertise in Operational Resilience, Business Continuity Management, and Information Security, as well as performing hands-on and supervisory work, including training new employees, reviewing work, and providing regular feedback and coaching.

The role requires strong communication, analytical, leadership, and organizational skills, as well as a College or University degree. You must have significant experience in auditing against regulatory requirements, knowledge of financial industry standards and frameworks, and professional certifications.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Audit experience in the financial services industry, particularly in Australia and/or APAC region
  • Knowledge of business continuity management, information security, and operational resilience
  • Professional certifications such as IIA, CPA, CA, CISA, CISSP, CCSP
  • Strong report writing and work paper documentation skills
