Credit Risk Analyst

We are seeking a skilled analyst to join our organisation and contribute to building and enhancing existing capabilities through research into new methodologies.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop credit risk models (probability of default, loss given default, exposure at default) for retail and corporate portfolios
  • Retrieve and manage large datasets from various systems/sources, perform detailed analysis of sensitive data
  • Provide recommendations to internal stakeholders on portfolio optimisation and credit risk management objectives
  • Ensure all modelling processes and decisions are documented and transparent
  • Identify opportunities to enhance credit decisioning and risk management processes
  • Support the project team on IRB credit risk model recalibration for Basel III requirements

The Requirements

  • At least 2 years' experience in a similar role with exposure to programming languages such as Python, R, SQL
