Seeking skilled individuals to fill field operator positions. These roles involve FIFO travel from any capital city, typically 14 on/14 off rotations. All flights, accommodation and food are provided.

The successful candidate will support upstream operational requirements, which can be general in nature. We're looking for positive, team-focused individuals who value exceptional quality and integrity standards across the oil and gas sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Servicing equipment such as Slickline units and tools daily
  • Completing tasks with high accuracy and diligence
  • Gaining knowledge of the stores system
  • Ensuring recorded and reported data is accurate and up-to-date
  • Developing an understanding of company reporting systems
  • Effective communication with relevant stakeholders
  • Assisting with job readiness and operation requirements
  • Supporting the JHA program to ensure safe and effective work practices
  • Developing reporting skills across company operating systems and adhering to Quality Management guidelines

Requirements:

  • Current HR (minimum) truck license
  • Current First Aid Certificate
  • Crane license preferred but not essential
  • Basic computer skills preferred but not essential
  • Teamwork and cooperation
  • Customer service orientation
  • Excellent communications skills (written and verbal)
  • Collaborates Effectively

Compliance and Authority:

  • Responsible for own safety and health at work, and for others at work
  • Must follow lawful instructions from employer for their safety and health
  • Must wear PPE, clothing and safety equipment as instructed
  • Must care for and maintain safety equipment
  • Must report safety or health issues in the workplace
