Job Overview

The IT Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing daily IT infrastructure operations, ensuring maximum uptime and efficiency.

This role requires a strong understanding of ITIL/ITSM principles, as well as experience managing data centers, cloud environments, and enterprise IT systems.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve IT service management processes
  • Manage teams responsible for monitoring and automation tools
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to drive strategic planning
  • Lead the Asia Pacific IT team towards better client outcomes
Key Requirements
  • At least 12 years in IT infrastructure & operations
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL/ITSM, SLAs, and compliance
  • Bachelor's/Master's in IT or related field
  • Experience with monitoring & automation tools, scripting, and project management
Soft Skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish relationships with senior stakeholders
  • Result-oriented problem solver with a strong can-do attitude
