Securecorp is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Security Officer to provide exceptional customer service and emergency response to our retail site. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining a strong security presence, responding to alarms, conducting patrols, and providing a high level of security and customer service duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guarding, patrolling, monitoring, and controlling assigned premises.
- Respond to emergencies, alarm events, calls for assistance, and provide the necessary support.
- Assess and respond to situations of risk.
- Access control.
- Incident report writing and data logs.
Requirements:
- Current QLD Security Licence with a Crowd Controller component.
- First Aid certificate.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Positive attitude, motivation, and a sharp mindset.
