Overview
Role: Mobile Lending Manager at Bank of Melbourne.
As a Mobile Lending Manager, your primary goal is to assist everyday Australians in achieving their dream of homeownership.
Working flexibly and independently, you'll be the friendly face for both new and existing customers to meet when it's time to apply for a home loan (or even before then).
You'll make sure the entire experience – from application through to settlement – is as simple and rewarding as it should be.
And you'll support them with other banking products that add to their experience, so that the great relationships you develop can keep going long after the keys have been handed over.
Responsibilities
Be the friendly face for both new and existing customers to meet when it's time to apply for a home loan (or even before then).
Ensure the entire experience – from application through to settlement – is as simple and rewarding as it should be.
And you'll support them with other banking products that add to their experience, so that the great relationships you develop can keep going long after the keys have been handed over.
Proactively identify and engage potential referrals through targeted outreach strategies, leveraging market research and networking to generate new business opportunities from the ground up.
Qualifications
Experience generating and maintaining a referral network of external partners (must-have).
Extensive experience in a customer-facing organisation (particularly in lending) with a solid pipeline of home lending contacts.
Proven experience within sales / business development.
Sound time management skills and an ability to multi-task; prioritising is essential.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to build long-lasting, positive relationships.
Self-motivation and ambition – you are a key team player.
Multilingual applications are highly desirable.
