Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated individual to deliver exceptional care and support to our residents. This role offers the opportunity to make a positive impact on people's lives while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with daily living tasks, such as meals, feeding, dressing, showers, and bathroom activities. They will also encourage a social atmosphere and provide quality care while liaising with healthcare workers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with meals, feeding, dressing, showers, bathroom activities, and daily living tasks
  • Encourage social interaction and provide quality care while working collaboratively with healthcare professionals
Requirements
  • Hold a Certificate III in Individual Support and have at least 6 months of experience
  • Possess First Aid, CPR, and Manual Handling Certificates
  • Have a current Police Check and NDIS check
  • Be up-to-date with Covid Vaccinations (including one booster) and hold a current season Flu Vaccination
