Our flagship kitchen is seeking a visionary culinary leader to spearhead its operations.

This rare opportunity presents an experienced chef with the chance to deliver a well-crafted modern pub menu that showcases local producers and seasonal ingredients.

The successful candidate will have strong systems knowledge, enabling them to execute and refine our established menu direction, lead and develop a high-performing team, drive quality, consistency, and presentation standards, and oversee all kitchen operations.

Key responsibilities include developing and implementing cooking process guidelines, staff recruitment and training, cost and inventory control, compliance and food safety, and working with management on business planning and growth.

The ideal candidate will have proven ability to deliver consistent, quality pub dining, strong business and operational focus, excellence in team leadership and development, systematic approach to kitchen management, and understanding of regional dining markets.
