Job DescriptionWe are seeking part-time employees to work in our bar, gaming and restaurant areas. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our customers and colleagues.
You will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and develop your skills and knowledge in various aspects of hospitality.
Required Skills and Qualifications- A current RSA certification is essential if you will be serving alcohol.
- A current RCG certification is essential if you will be working in the bar.
- Previous experience in bar tending, gaming operations or general club operations is desirable but not necessary, as training will be provided.
- Strong customer service and engagement skills are essential.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills are also required.
- Impeccable presentation and grooming consistent with our staff standards are expected.
- Knowledge of WH&S and safe food handling practices is essential.
- Reliable transportation to and from work is necessary.
- Availability to work weekends and nights is required.
- A passion for people and all things hospitality would be an asset.
