• Provide unparalleled customer service and engagement skills to guarantee a positive experience for all patrons.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment by adhering to WHS and Safe Food Handling guidelines.
• Support bar, gaming, and restaurant operations during day and night shifts, including weekends.

• Hold valid NSW RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification (essential if over 18 years old).
• Hold current NSW RCG (Responsible Conduct of Gaming) certification (essential if over 18 years old).
• Possess relevant experience in hospitality or general club operations (desired but training will be provided).
• Display outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
• Adhere to impeccable presentation and grooming standards consistent with our staff policy.
• Ensure reliable transportation to and from work.
