Junior Cricket Program Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to coordinate and deliver engaging junior cricket programs in schools, clubs, and the wider community.


Job Description:

Deliver high-quality cricket programs to children in schools and clubs, promoting community engagement throughout the cricket season.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and deliver programs that teach important cricket skills to children in schools and clubs.
  • Promote community engagement throughout schools during the cricket season.
  • Provide support of school programs, including Health and PE, Sporting Schools, and School Cups.
  • Assist and expand participation in club-based entry-level programs.
  • Build, maintain, and leverage relationships with local schools and school ambassadors.

Requirements:

  • Energetic, enthusiastic, and imaginative.
  • Reliable and willing to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to manage, develop, and sustain stakeholder relationships.
  • Flexible and adaptable to a changing schedule.
  • Valid or willing to acquire a Working with Children Check (WWCC).
  • Own form of transport (car).
  • Background in teaching and/or cricket is desirable but not necessary.
