Green Space Designer

We are seeking skilled Horticulturists and Gardeners to transform outdoor spaces at a renowned garden design, construction, and horticulture company.

As part of our Horticultural Division, you will work in teams of 2-3 on varied projects throughout Sydney. Your tasks will include planting, pruning, weeding, lawn services, fertilising, and general garden care.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A degree or equivalent practical experience in a nursery or similar business
  • Sound knowledge of plants, pests & diseases
  • Comfortable working with tools and willingness to work at heights
  • A current driver's license with access to reliable transportation
  • The ability to thrive in an outdoor environment, regardless of weather conditions
  • A positive attitude, passion for gardening, and strong work ethic
