Job Title: Lote Primary Teacher

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate classroom teacher to lead our school's Lote program for the 2025 & 2026 school years.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Plan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons to achieve specific student outcomes.
    • Engage in critical reflection and inquiry to improve teaching practices and ensure high-quality education for students.
    • Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop targeted professional learning and support initiatives.

  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
    • Demonstrated knowledge of relevant curriculum, including literacy and numeracy skills.
    • Experience in responding to student learning needs and implementing high-impact teaching strategies.
    • Ability to monitor and assess student learning, using data to inform teaching practice and provide feedback on student growth and achievement.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish and maintain collaborative relationships with students, parents, colleagues and the broader school community.
    • Behaviours and attitudes consistent with Department values, reflecting on practice and engaging in professional learning to continually improve teaching quality.
