Administration and Support Role

Just Better Care provides in-home aged care and disability support services, empowering people to live independently. Our approach puts individual preferences and support needs at the centre of our service delivery.

The Administration and Support role is critical in ensuring we provide safe and quality service and support to our customers and staff. This position will work closely with the Customer Service & Supports team and our People & Culture Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Navigate complex customer situations and resolve issues efficiently
  • Maintain accurate records and data entry
  • Develop effective relationships with diverse stakeholders, including people living with a disability and our ageing community
  • Collaborate with the Customer Service & Supports team to deliver high-quality service outcomes

Essential Requirements:

  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Working With Children Check
  • Current First Aid & CPR
  • Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent knowledge of the NDIS and aged care Support at home programs
  • Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills
  • Sound computer skills
  • A current driver's licence

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working in a multidisciplinary role
  • Previous experience in Community Care, Disability and/or Aged Care
