Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Professional to join our team as a Resource Management Specialist. This is a fantastic opportunity to utilize your skills in administration, recruitment coordination, and process improvement to support our busy corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administration of regular and recurring resource processes including onboarding, offboarding, security requests, building access, workstation arrangement, and contract administration.
  • Leading weekly resource meetings with the team and ensuring action items are completed.
  • Coordination of recruitment activities, including raising job requisitions, screening applicant resumes, and recommending candidate shortlists.
  • Contract, timesheet, and chargeback administration.
  • Maintenance of project and organizational charts, resource master data, and employee directories.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years' administration experience within a corporate environment.
  • Experience in recruitment coordination, resume evaluation, and candidate screening.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and administrative skills, with the ability to show initiative.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the capability to multitask and manage priorities.
  • Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills, with strong Excel skills essential.
