About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Coordinator to join our team at selectability. As a key member of our community engagement and inclusion team, you will play a vital role in fostering relationships with culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) and First Nations communities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, community leaders, and local agencies
  • Conducting consultations with CALD and First Nations communities to gather input and ensure their involvement in program development
  • Organizing and facilitating community meetings, workshops, and focus groups to understand the challenges and needs of youth participants
  • Developing and implementing a framework for monitoring and evaluating the impact of programs
  • Submitting program reports and monitoring KPIs

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Experience leading teams, programs, and services in mental health, disability, or community services
  • Strong computer skills and the ability to complete required reporting
  • Experience working in a team environment and with culturally and linguistically diverse communities
  • A positive attitude and commitment to best practice
