Care and Support Specialist

As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of people with disabilities and young individuals by providing tailored support.
Your work will create a more inclusive society. You will be part of a team that delivers high-quality support to people with disabilities and young people, including daily living assistance and emotional guidance.
- Deliver individualised support to people with disabilities and young people
- Assist with personal care, mobility, and skill development
- Build meaningful connections and provide mentorship and emotional support
Successful applicants will be passionate about human rights and creating positive change. They will be empathetic, compassionate, and resilient with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Certificate IV in Disability or Child, Youth & Family Intervention (or willingness to obtain) is required along with current First Aid, CPR, Driver's license & NDIS Worker check (or willingness to obtain).
