Job Title: Product Experience Representative

About the Role

We are seeking a charismatic and energetic individual to represent our clients' brands in various retail environments. As a Product Experience Representative, you will be responsible for sampling products, educating consumers, and engaging with customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sampling products and providing expert knowledge about our client partners' brands
  • Engaging with customers across diverse retail spaces, including supermarkets and liquor stores
  • Working independently and as part of a team to deliver successful brand activations
Requirements
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends
  • RSA certification (desirable but not essential for all campaigns)
  • Valid driver's license and comfort with travel
  • Ability to upsell and interact with customers effectively
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
