
CX Solutions Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled CX Solutions Expert to join our team. This individual will be responsible for designing and delivering exceptional customer experiences that drive business results.
The ideal candidate will have experience in system integration, deployment, and maintenance of global IVR systems. They will also possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with AWS services, including S3, EC2, Auto Scaling, CloudFormation, and CloudWatch
- Experience with Unix operating systems, including MacOS and Linux
- Proficiency in MySQL commands and syntax
- Basic knowledge of network protocols and tools, such as nslookup, ping, netcat, traceroute, and tcpdump
In addition to technical expertise, the successful candidate will demonstrate a passion for innovation, creativity, and continuous learning.
Required Skills:- Technical Expertise:
