Key Responsibilities- Set the global growth and performance marketing strategy and roadmap.
- Be accountable for attracting, winning, and growing our user base.

- Execute a multi-channel growth strategy with a strong focus on scaled digital channels and capabilities.
- Partner with Engineering to leverage data and ML-driven techniques to create sequenced and personalised scalable programs and user experiences.
- Partner with Product and Strategy & Operations to understand funnel performance, generate ongoing insights, and ideate solutions to optimise the user journey.
- 8+ years of experience in Growth Marketing, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Experience developing and executing multi-channel marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in marketing automation, lifecycle, and CRM platforms.
- In-depth knowledge of current growth marketing trends and best practices.
- Analytical mindset - experience leveraging ML/data-driven marketing techniques and making decisions based on data and metrics.
- Experience with A/B testing, user cohorting, and other optimisation techniques.
