Job Title: Expert Cancer Care Specialist

Clinical nurse consultants play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care to individuals and families affected by cancer. As an expert cancer care specialist, you will drive the development of evidence-based practices, provide informed guidance, and offer emotional support throughout the cancer journey.


Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement cancer care policies and procedures.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to nursing staff to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
  • Deliver tailored nursing care and support services to patients and families, catering to their unique needs and circumstances.
  • Contribute to educational initiatives and research activities to advance cancer care and treatment options.

Requirements:
  • Registered Nurse with current Authority to Practice (AHPRA).
  • Minimum 5 years full-time equivalent post-registration experience, including at least 3 years in cancer care.
  • Postgraduate qualification in oncology nursing or working towards a Master's degree.
  • Demonstrated advanced clinical expertise and leadership in cancer care.
