Technical Support Role

This position involves promoting our OTR tyres, iTrack & related products/services to existing & potential customers, working with colleagues to optimise OTR tyre selection & use of iTrack, conducting presentations or technical training on OTR tyres or iTrack, troubleshooting technical & operational issues, identifying new product & product improvement opportunities, planning, organising & summarising field trials, assisting the Sales team, developing & maintaining a database to improve market intelligence, forecasting, planning & strategy of tyre & iTrack sales, initiating & implementing process improvements & automation.

  • Tertiary qualifications in engineering or similar discipline, experience or exposure to technical support within OTR tyres or heavy industry
  • Demonstrated ability to analyse problems, think critically & provide effective solutions
  • High level data analysis and manipulation skills, excellent communication (verbal/written)
  • Strong commitment to safety of yourself & others, patience & flexibility for frequent travel (25-40%), a valid driver's licence, current work rights in Australia
