OTR Tyre Fitter Position

This role involves overseeing and performing OTR tyre fitting operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in OTR tyre fitting, a strong understanding of safety protocols, and excellent communication skills.


About the Job
  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and perform OTR tyre fitting operations with precision and efficiency
  • Maintain high standards of workplace safety and quality control
  • Develop and implement effective maintenance schedules for tyres and equipment to ensure optimal performance

Candidate Requirements
  • Qualifications:
  • Certification in Automotive Mechanical – Tyre Fitting (Heavy)
  • Experience:
  • At least 2 years of experience in OTR tyre fitting with a proven track record of success
  • Licenses:
  • Current Driver's Licence and WorkSafe Forklift Licence
  • Skillset:
  • A team player with a commitment to company values and a strong work ethic
  • Safety-conscious with excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and customer service skills with the ability to build strong relationships
