
Training Program Manager

We are seeking a motivated Training Administrator who will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our organization. The successful candidate will oversee general administration, compliance, reporting, training course management, and development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversight of our student management system to ensure seamless operations.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of sector developments and regulatory requirements.
- Assisting in the development and management of online training programs.
- Maintaining and updating monthly training course schedules and trainer rosters.
- Liaising with clients and students for enquiries and monitoring student enrolments, compilation of feedback, issuance of certification, RPL, etc.
- Coordinating and monitoring the trainers' qualifications matrix to ensure assessors hold and maintain currency in relevant units of competencies and qualifications.
- Promoting our services in the industry and providing management updates to assist with new sales/client opportunities.
Essential Duties:
- Developing, reviewing, and maintaining policies, procedures, work instructions, quality forms, etc.
- Developing and maintaining systems for training resources and assessment tool compliance and version control for all organizational documentation.
- Aiding in reviewing the compilation of training material - manuals and assessment materials.
- Conducting/assisting with course reviews and assessment validations.
- Maintaining and updating monthly training course schedules and trainer rosters.
- Liaising with the mobilisation team to ensure trainers' medicals, flights, site entry requirements are met.
- Administering quality assurance and continuous improvement commitments for the organization and QMS.
- Assisting with the initiation of new projects including scope development, assessment of resourcing, expert advice, and client liaison.
- Assisting with identifying cost-reduction and value management initiatives.
- Demonstrating excellent customer service principles and acting as a point of contact for escalation of difficult issues/complaints.
- Adhering to the requirements of the Privacy Act when dealing with personal data/training material.
- Assisting with site-based work including onsite medic/ESO relief cover, training, leadership courses, event adjudication, and pre-competition training.
Qualifications and Experience:
- TAE40116 Cert IV in Training and Assessing (or working towards).
- Experience working within a Registered Training Organization (RTO).
- Familiarity with RTO reporting and compliance.
- Proficiency in Power Pro RTO and Cloud Assess.
- Experience in course development.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Advanced skills in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
- Strong self-management and organisational abilities.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- A collaborative team player who thrives in a dynamic environment.
