Training Coordinator

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Training Coordinator to join our organization. This role is responsible for ensuring stakeholders have visibility of training status and are informed of capability issues or non-compliances.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Document Management: Ensure compliance and data integrity through accurate documentation and record-keeping.
  • Training Needs Discussions: Facilitate discussions with stakeholders to identify training needs and develop strategies to address them.
  • Enquiries and Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for enquiries from stakeholder groups and customers, providing timely and effective communication.
  • Reporting: Produce regular reports on demand planning, metrics, and completion status to inform strategic decisions.
  • Workload Coordination: Coordinate workloads and communicate effectively with external training providers to ensure seamless delivery of training programs.
  • Budget Management: Manage budgeted training allocation to ensure optimal use of resources.
  • Training Logistics: Coordinate training logistics to ensure smooth delivery of training programs.
  • Feedback Collection: Collect and trend course feedback to inform continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Applicants should possess a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and/or considerable experience in coordinating training across diverse organizations using training-related systems such as Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Procurement systems.
