Golf Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Golf Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic team at the North Adelaide Golf course. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional golfing experiences for our customers.
As the Golf Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing golf retail, trade, and corporate events, as well as ensuring the day-to-day growth, development, and efficient operations of golf services at the course. You will work closely with our Team Leader, Golf Business Operations, to ensure resourcing across the course meets operational demands.
You will also be responsible for motivating and supervising employees to ensure pre-set targets are achieved, and collaborating with our Work Group Leader Horticultural Golf Business Operations to ensure the delivery and improvement of customer safety, customer service standards, event management, and general presentation of the facility.
About YouTo be successful in this role, you will have:
- Proven experience in the coordination and management of golf retail, trade, and corporate events
- Strong understanding of golf course and pro shop operations
- Sound knowledge of rules and etiquette of golf
- Experience in coordinating golf activities for social, competition, corporate, and trade day functions
