About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Digital Content Administrator to join our team at National Pharmacies.

This role is responsible for overseeing and administering content, updates, edits, and changes to the eCommerce store, National Pharmacies (NP) and National Pharmacies Distribution (NPD) websites.

You'll work closely with internal and external stakeholders to enhance the customer experience through website optimisation and continuous improvement of existing and new digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Update and manage website content in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Add products to the eCommerce site and handle stakeholder approvals.
  • Ensure accurate product information across eCommerce channels.
  • Work with stakeholders to integrate systems for a smooth UX and CX.
  • Create landing pages for promotional campaigns with Merchandise, Procurement, Marketing, and Digital teams.
  • Improve UI, UX, and CX through ongoing website development.
  • Create new pages and navigation options within platform constraints.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity for improvement opportunities.
  • Assist with troubleshooting and optimizing digital platforms and systems.

About You

The successful candidate will possess well-developed communication and interpersonal skills, be energetic, and provide exceptional results in the digital space.

Prior experience in website administration, content management, and image editing (particularly Adobe Photoshop) is essential for success in this role.
