The role of a Senior Building Engineer is a vital position within an organization, responsible for the upkeep and repair of building systems. This encompasses HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and other facilities management tasks.

Key responsibilities include managing preventative maintenance schedules to ensure the building operates efficiently and safely. Daily tasks involve hands-on maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing critical building infrastructure. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

The successful candidate will have experience in building maintenance and repair, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and preventative maintenance. Additionally, they will possess facility management skills and be certified or licensed in building engineering and facilities management.

This full-time on-site role is located in the Charlotte Metro area and offers a competitive salary range. It is essential to note that relevant certifications or licenses are highly desirable but not mandatory.
