We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team at The Sporting Globe Bar and Grill. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing our bar and restaurant operations, and promoting our loyalty program to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of our bar and restaurant, ensuring high-quality products and exceptional customer service.
  • Lead a team of hospitality professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote our loyalty program and increase sales.
  • Ensure compliance with all food and beverage regulations, maintaining a high level of quality and safety standards.
  • Assess customer needs and preferences, making recommendations to enhance their experience.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality, with a strong background in bar and restaurant management.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks, with the ability to upsell and suggest additional products.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
