We are seeking a friendly and outgoing Food and Beverage Attendant to join our team at The Sporting Globe Bar and Grill. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing cash handling, and maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive experience for all customers
  • Manage cash handling and operate a point of sale system
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and provide a high-quality service
  • Upsell and suggest menu items to customers
  • Assist with food and beverage preparation and presentation
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a hospitality environment
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Knowledge of food and beverage regulations and procedures
  • Passion for the industry and a strong sales culture
