About the Role

Stockland is seeking an experienced Senior Infrastructure Project Manager to join our Civil and Infrastructure team in Brisbane. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing urban and major infrastructure projects across various regions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide civil project management expertise from project inception to completion.
  • Ensure projects are scoped, designed, approved, and delivered safely, to required quality, on time, and budget.
  • Drive operational improvement through the sharing of best practice across the business.
  • Facilitate, manage, and drive efficiency through project cost plans in partnership with Development Managers, authorities, consultants, and contractors to realise cost savings.
  • Proactive communication and reporting on delivery milestones.

About You

  • Extensive Project Management experience with proven successful outcomes in the delivery of civil infrastructure projects.
  • Strong ability to lead, drive, and motivate contractors and consultants to achieve program milestones.
  • Ability to work autonomously, demonstrate initiative, curiosity, prioritise, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced and changing environment.
  • Preferably you will hold a tertiary qualification in a relevant field of Engineering (Civil, Environmental) or Construction Management.
