Senior Leadership Role in Guidewire Practice Development

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead our Guidewire practice development and shape its future direction. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving end-to-end Guidewire suite implementations, blending technical expertise with strategic insight to achieve remarkable outcomes.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in major Guidewire implementations, enterprise system integration within the insurance domain, Guidewire PolicyCenter and Guidewire Cloud concepts, business communication and stakeholder management. They will also possess strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead enterprise system integration projects for insurance clients
  • Drive process improvement for business analyst teams
  • Support modernisation of business models and IT architecture
  • Engage in business development activities and enhance Guidewire tools
