About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Intelligence Manager to lead the planning, forecasting, and reporting for all business units within the ANZ HelloFresh group. As a key member of our finance team, you will partner with senior finance leaders and other stakeholders to drive business insights, growth, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with senior finance leaders to develop and implement financial planning and analysis strategies.
  • Lead the development and maintenance of financial models, forecasts, and reports to support business decision-making.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business intelligence and financial planning.
Requirements
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in business intelligence, financial planning, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing financial models, forecasts, and reports.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Experience working with large data sets and complex models, with a strong understanding of data visualization tools and techniques.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
