We are a network of integrated Physiotherapy, Rehabilitation and Strength & Conditioning Clinics with 31 clinic locations across Australia. Our goal is to revolutionise the allied health landscape and positively impact every Australian's life.

Role Overview

This hands-on position involves routine checks, preventative maintenance and timely repairs on our specialised machines. With a focus on service delivery and swift problem-solving, you will ensure our equipment operates at peak performance, minimising downtime and supporting our mission to deliver world-class service to clients.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage national machine maintenance requirements across clinics, including conducting services and audits in accordance with WHS regulations.
  • Coordinate warehouse operations, including stock movements, spare parts and regular stocktakes with reporting.
  • Support implementation of robust WHS management systems throughout our sites.
  • Assist with machine installation for all new site openings.
  • Create training videos for guiding in-clinic maintenance.

Key Qualifications:
  • Certificate or Diploma in Medical Fitting/Turning, Industrial Maintenance or equivalent.
  • 5+ years' relevant work experience (machine operation, maintenance and repair).
  • Sound electrical and general maintenance knowledge.
  • Demonstrated experience working to appropriate WHS standards and regulations.
  • Current valid driver's licence required.

This role involves interstate travel to service clinics in QLD, NSW, ACT, SA and TAS. Full position description available upon request.
