We are seeking proactive consultants to join our national team. Our Asset Management Advisory team helps clients optimize their assets across the full lifecycle while supporting sustainable outcomes.

">Job Description:">

As a consultant in our Asset Management Advisory team, you will work with various public and private clients, learning how they manage their assets and helping solve real-world challenges. You will also have the opportunity to develop your career into areas like business development and client engagement if that's where your interests take you.

">Key Responsibilities:">
  • End-to-end opportunity and engagement management, leading project teams to high-quality outcomes for key clients;
  • Translate analysis outputs into real-world decisions for stakeholders;
  • Develop and foster client relationships, understanding client problems and working with them to identify solutions;
  • Develop and assess asset management strategies, capital and operations performance improvements, building effective asset management systems;
  • Plan and conduct assessments of asset integrity and conditions;
  • Demonstrate a willingness to learn, explore, and build strong internal and external stakeholder networks.
">Required Skills and Qualifications:">

You will demonstrate:

  • Previous experience in asset, commercial, or mining project strategy;
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills;
  • Client management and engagement skills;
  • Strong communication skills across all levels of the business;
  • A willingness to learn and grow your skills;
  • Professional qualifications in Engineering, Business, or Accounting are highly desirable for this role but not mandatory.
