  • Engage in in-depth conversations with customers to understand their banking needs, including Home Loans, Business Banking & Financial Advice.
  • Support customers with enquiries, cash handling, transactional service, maintenance on accounts, and process applications for credit products.
  • Complete Financial Health Checks to assess customers' financial needs and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Provide options for customers through education and demonstration of our in-branch technology and digital banking options.
